TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions:

All sales must be made with a major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No purchase orders or C.O.D. shipments will be allowed.

We will not accept orders over the phone. In the event you feel uncomfortable putting your credit card number on an internet order, you may fax us an order and a representative will contact you for your credit card information.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer’s price increases/decreases.

 

SHIPPING:

Most orders will ship via UPS. In the event your order is too large for UPS specifications, your order will be shipped via “common carrier”. (Trucking companies)

 

All shipping is charged before merchandise is shipped out. In the event that the shipping is more than estimated at time of shipment, we will charge your credit card on file for the balance of the shipping.

 

We do not offer inside deliveries.

 

If your order is shipped to a residence, you will be charged the UPS residential fee which will apply after your time of shipment.

 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. In the event your order is lost or damaged, we will assist you in any way possible to recover any merchandise or costs that may have incurred.

 

All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of documented receipt.

 

All orders shipped via “common carrier” should be signed for “subject to inspection”.

 

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on box. Please call (908) 754-8900 for Return Authorization Numbers.

Returns will not be accepted without an RA#.
Any returnable item will be charged @ a 25% restocking fee and the shipping will not be credited. We do not pay for shipping on returns.

All returns must be in orignal packaging, and include any and all warranty cards and rebate cards. If these are not returned with merchandise we can not accept the return.

 

Some items may not be returnable due to manufacturer’s regulations. Please be careful when ordering your product.

In the event an order is cancelled before it is shipped, the order will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge if the credit card has been charged.

 

WARRANTIES:

Any modifications made to items sold will void any and all warranties.

 

USED ITEMS:

Used items will have a 30 day warranty on parts and labor only.

 

REPAIRS:

We are a full service repair shop. All estimate for repairs are a $35.00 bench fee. If you decide to let us repair your items, the $35.00 bench fee will be waived and you will only be charged for parts, labor and shipping. If you decide you do not want your item repaired, we will charge the bench fee and return it back to you in "as is" condition. 

 

All repair estimates are based on visual inspections. Additional repair/parts may be needed to complete the repair. In the event this does happen, one of our technicians will be in contact with you.

 

We will not disclose estimated parts needed on any non repaired estimates.

 

Labor is billed @ $50.00 per hour.
