We Service What We Sell and more...

We are a full service repair facility. All estimates for repairs are subject to a $35.00 bench fee. If you decide to let us repair your items, the $35.00 bench fee will be waived and you will only be charged for parts, labor and shipping. If you decide you do not want your item repaired, we will charge the bench fee and return it back to you unassembled

All repair estimates are based on visual inspections. Additional repair/parts may be needed to complete the repair. In the event this does happen, one of our technicians will be in contact with you. Estimates that are not answered in 15 business days will be returned to you unrepaired.

We will not disclose estimated parts needed on any non-repaired estimates.

Labor is billed @ $50.00 per hour for items shipped into and work preformed at New Pak, Inc. If you would like New Pak to come to your facility please see below.

In the event that you are located in New Jersey and would like a technician to come to your facility for esitmate or repair, the labor rate is $95.00 a hour port to port plus parts and any shipping that may incur for the parts needed. Return visits to install the parts needed is also billed at $95.00 a hour port to port.

New Pak does not pay any shipping charges on repaired or unrepaired items.
